Bellevue Gardens Apartments - Handbook
We
wanted to take this opportunity to inform you of some changes and information
that we think will better serve you in residency at Bellevue Gardens. Some things for you to know are:
1.
Bellevue Gardens Apartments has contracted with a maintenance
service. The service allows for tenants
to call in their emergency and non-emergency maintenance requests. Between the hours of 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday
through Friday except for holidays, you may call in emergency and non-emergency
maintenance requests to 558-2500. Your
call will be answered or you will be able to leave a message. Furthermore, for emergency maintenance
requests after 4 p.m., call 558-1111.
You will be responded to in order of priority. Please keep in mind that should you call in a non-emergency
request to the emergency line, you may be billed for this service call. If you have reported maintenance concerns
previously, they will be processed. You
need not do anything further.
2.
Bellevue Gardens Apartments was designed for tenants
not having garage leases to park on the streets. Guests of tenants are to park on the streets as well. Tenants have the ability to lease one garage
space per apartment and may purchase additional spaces if
available. Unfortunately, once you
forfeit the garage space that goes with your apartment, it may be rented to
someone else. Also, we are unable to
provide leases solely for the winter months.
If you have forfeited your garage space and now would like to lease it,
please contact a property manager immediately so it is not rented.
3.
Several
of you have inquired about having door chains installed on your front and
balcony doors. We are pleased to announce that this service is available to
you. For $15 per door, (Bellevue
Gardens Apartments is paying the remaining $15) you may purchase the hardware and
have it installed. Please call the
maintenance service unit at 558-2500 and let them know the doors that you wish
to have these door chains installed.
The door chains will remain with the unit once you vacate.
4. Some of you may not be aware that there are two property
managers for Bellevue Gardens Apartments that share responsibilities for serving
you. We typically schedule duty for
two-week intervals. Although none of
the managers lives on the property, we do check our messages at least once in a
24-hour period. While all the property
managers have full-time employment outside of Bellevue Gardens, we believe that
you will find all the managers helpful in serving you as you reside in Bellevue
Gardens.
We
hope that you are enjoying your residency at Bellevue Gardens. We appreciate having you as our
tenants. Please let us know should you
have any questions or concerns.
Respectfully,
Bellevue
Gardens Apartments
