-        Bellevue Gardens Apartments has contracted with a maintenance service.  The service allows for tenants to call in their emergency and non-emergency maintenance requests.  Between the hours of 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Friday except for holidays, you may call in emergency and non-emergency maintenance requests to 558-2500.  Your call will be answered or you will be able to leave a message.  Furthermore, for emergency maintenance requests after 4 p.m., call 558-1111.  You will be responded to in order of priority.  Please keep in mind that should you call in a non-emergency request to the emergency line, you may be billed for this service call.  If you have reported maintenance concerns previously, they will be processed.  You need not do anything further.
