Dear Residents:

This letter is to keep you informed of the latest happenings.

  1. Two of the property managers, Janice and Luke, have decided to move back to the West Coast.   We wish them well since they have primarily been working with the tenants from the opening in 2001.  The remaining property managers, Cathy and Mike, will continue to be available for residents to contact at 315-0564.
  2. The issuance of Parking Permits is primarily complete.  Thanks for your cooperation in completing the necessary form and returning it to us.  You should have a Parking Permit, if you completed the required form.  Make sure you display the Permit as described in the letter sent with the Permit.  Failure to display the Permit may result in your vehicle being towed off of the property.   It appears from the information received and permits issued that adequate parking space may, on occasion, be a problem.  Only time will answer that question.  If parking on site is not available you or your family members may need to park on the adjoining streets.  On weekends you can park at the posted times on Martin Luther King.  If the parking on site becomes a problem it will need to be resolved in favor of the residents living in the units.  We still have some garages available.
  3. To better serve our residents we have negotiated and finalized 1) a preventive maintenance agreement to service the smoke detectors located in the apartments and common areas and 2) an agreement with a pest control company to inspect and treat the apartments and common areas.  Based upon these agreements we need to enter all units on December 30, 2002 sometime between 1:00 and 3:00 PM.  Periodic servicing has been scheduled to minimize inconvenience related to access required into the apartments by these companies performing these services.   The contractors will be escorted as they do their work in the units.  The initial inspection and servicing for both companies will occur on December 30, 2002 as stated above.  The other servicing dates will occur quarterly.  The servicing dates for the calendar year 2003 will be March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 30, 2003, all beginning at 1:00 PM.  After the initial servicing, future access to your unit will only occur twice during the calendar year 2003, unless additional servicing is required.  Units in 215 and 231 will be serviced in March and September and units in 223 and 239 will be serviced in June and December.  This letter is to also serve as our notice to you that we will need access to your unit on these dates during the time period stated above.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at 315-0564.

We thank you for your cooperation in making Bellevue Gardens a desirable place to live.
